Installation
Step 1: Clean the back shell of the Tesla screen.
Step 2: Uncover the 3M tape cover.
Step 3: Uncover the protection film of the magnetic patch.
Step 4: Secure the car mount to the back of the screen.
Step 5: Put the cell phone on the car mount holder then the installation is completed.

Q1 - If I stick a metal ring on the outside of my phone case, will it affect the wireless charging function?
A1 - This Tesla Phone Mount won't interfere with wireless charging.
Q2 - Does it leave a sticky residue?
A2 - Very easy to remove. It won't leave any sticky residue.
Q3 - Can I hide it when I am not using the phone mount?
A3 - The foldable design allows you to easily hide it when you don't need
Q4 - Will this mount work with Samsung S22 Ultra?
A4 - This Tesla Phone Holder is compatible with all phones including Samsung S22 Ultra. Considering some phones and cases without MagSafe, we provide extra metal rings as gifts. Once pasted, your phone / case can have the MagSafe function.
Q5 - How many metal rings come with it to stick to the phone?
A5 - This Tesla Phone Mount come with 1 metal ring. If your phone is an iPhone 12 13 14 series or has a MagSafe case, there is no need to attach the metal ring.
Q6 - Is the magnet strong enough to hold the phone on bumpy/rocky roads? I have a heavy iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Q8 - Does it work with the thick case on the phone?
A8 - This Tesla Phone Mount can be used with a thick case. All you need to do is stick a metal ring on your phone case. (The package comes with a metal ring).
Q9 - Is the mount for Tesla only?
A9 - It works best with the screen but I suppose you can use it on a dash or any other vehicle with a large protruding screen that you can stick the whole sticky mount on a corner of a screen.
Q10 - Is the wireless charging function only supported by Apple 12,13,14 series?
A10 - Yes. the wireless charging function only supports Apple 12,13,14 series.
Q11 - Can I still charge my phone with a case on it?
A11 - No. If you use the wireless charging function, please put the metal plate on the case and then remove the case when you use the wireless charging function.
