Q1: Is this product compatible with the 2023 Model 3 and Model Y?
A1: Yes. This kit fits perfectly well with 2021-2023 Model 3 and 2020-Present Model Y.
Q2: Is it difficult to install these ambient lights?
A2: No, we provide everything you need in the package for this installation. It only takes 10-20 minutes to complete the installation.
Q3: How is this kit powered?
A3: One powering method is a 12V cigarette lighter. The 12V cigarette lighter offers a simple plug-and-play route.
Q4: What color is the lighting during the day?
A4: Please note - the lighting is not intended to be used during the day, or in any bright environments. When off, the sections of lighting tubing appear completely clear and transparent, allowing them to blend in with the rest of the interior. In addition, note that the lighting can be switched on/off at any time via the mobile application/switch.
Q5: Can the lighting be set to any color?
A5: Yes, you can select from 64 colors and lighting modes on our mobile app/controller. Lighting modes include fade, strobe, color cycle, and custom color intervals.
Q6: Can the lighting be dimmed?
A6: Yes, in addition to setting color and lighting modes, brightness can also be adjusted on the mobile app/controller.

1) Free shipping worldwide for orders over $149 USD. (Our customer service may contact you to make up a small portion of the shipping cost for areas such as Puerto Rico islands)
2) For orders under $149, the shipping cost depends on the weight, size (volume weight), delivery area and shipping company, please contact our online customer service for details.
3) TESEVO is currently shipped using express or special shipping lines, the current average shipping time to the world in about 10-15 days (wheels, steering wheels and other custom products to customer service to inform you of the time shall prevail),.
