Installation
- Clean the place where you need to paste and then wipe the water with a towel or tissues. It can’t accept the oil, water, wax, etc.
- Determine the installation location and then make a comparison of the product and installation location, if the product doesn’t fit your vehicle, please don’t install.
- When tearing off the double-sided adhesive, please do not touch the double-sided paste with your hand.
- To achieve a better effect, we suggest to heating the double-sided adhesive with a hair dryer or lighting. (It can't be over 40 degrees).
- Alignment position and then pasting, the paste depends on paste conditions and the correct way to install.
- Please pressing 20-30 seconds or more when pasting and stay dry in 48 hours for the best firming result.
1. Processing time
1) Normally, orders after payment will be ready for shipment within 48 working hours. When there is a holiday or weekend, there may be a slight delay.
2) For some tools with TESLA brand labels, the warehouse workers may hide the labels/stickers in the packing boxes. If you don't find the sticker, please contact TESEVO online customer service for help.
2. Shipping cost
1) Free shipping worldwide for orders over $149 USD. (Our customer service may contact you to make up a small portion of the shipping cost for areas such as Puerto Rico islands)
2) For orders under $149, the shipping cost depends on the weight, size (volume weight), delivery area and shipping company, please contact our online customer service for details.
3) TESEVO is currently shipped using express or special shipping lines, the current average shipping time to the world in about 10-15 days (wheels, steering wheels and other custom products to customer service to inform you of the time shall prevail),.
