Installation
The fascias come with double-sided tape. It easily sticks to the existing panel with no special tools. The measurements are an exact fit for your Model 3 or Model Y.

Carbon Pattern Warranty: Real-molded carbon fiber is hand-laid and is not pre-pregned wet molded, so it may show imperfections in the pattern direction. These variations are normal and are not a manufacturer's defect. Please refer to our Return Policy if you would like to return them.
UV Warranty: Our Real Molded Carbon Fiber is coated with 3 coats of UV Protection. Over time without proper care from waxing or applying a nano-ceramic coating, this protection can wear off. The warranty is limited to 1 year. Slight yellowing is normal for carbon fiber when parked outside in direct sunlight and is not covered under our warranty. To extend the life of our Carbon Fiber, we recommend using "303 Protectant” that will assist with UV protection.
NOTE: These are considered USED as soon as the double-sided adhesive liner is removed. Used items are NOT RETURNABLE so please be sure you're happy with the way it looks and place it on your TESLA before removing the adhesive liner.
1. Processing time
1) Normally, orders after payment will be ready for shipment within 48 working hours. When there is a holiday or weekend, there may be a slight delay.
2) For some tools with TESLA brand labels, the warehouse workers may hide the labels/stickers in the packing boxes. If you don't find the sticker, please contact TESEVO online customer service for help.
2. Shipping cost
1) Free shipping worldwide for orders over $149 USD. (Our customer service may contact you to make up a small portion of the shipping cost for areas such as Puerto Rico islands)
2) For orders under $149, the shipping cost depends on the weight, size (volume weight), delivery area and shipping company, please contact our online customer service for details.
3) TESEVO is currently shipped using express or special shipping lines, the current average shipping time to the world in about 10-15 days (wheels, steering wheels and other custom products to customer service to inform you of the time shall prevail),.

2) Standard shipping. EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail, etc.

1) Goods not subject to customs duties
For some EU countries, such as UK, France, Italy, Germany, etc. We may choose some duty-free channels for shipping. The shipping declaration value we will write lower than the actual value.

For Russia, Brazil and other countries, TESEVO can directly choose EMS as the default shipping method. If you choose express shipping or have special requirements, we will inform you by email.

For example, so far only EMS is available for Russia, but other shipping methods such as DHL, UPS cannot reach Russia. In this case, our customer service staff will give you some guidance.
